Sanctum was born out of a deep desire and desire to connect.
In connect with my fellow man and his processes, and thus also with the spiritual side of life....

That is what gives me joy.

What do I like to delve into?

The subconscious mind, true forgiveness, redemption, connection, healing, self-love, alternative medicine, astrology, spirituality and so much more! Therefore, I read numerous books on these topics, continue to take training courses and my learning really never stops. So it really is my passion! My passion is assisting people in helping uncover what is unconsciously living in them, or what is unconsciously holding them back from living fully and loving themselves.

Love is our essence, our birthright! Love is that which nourishes us and connects us all. It can never be lost, never be changed, it can only be denied or perhaps forgotten for a moment. The point is to remember the Love we are in eternity.

My path

My name is Katja Milants and I am the happy mom of a teenager and two Ragdoll cats. In my life, I have experienced all too well how unprocessed emotions, denied trauma, burdensome programming, toxic family and personal relationships, and unprocessed processes, can hold you back from being truly happy and healthy in the now.

But fortunately, I am not one to sit back! And so, in my search for a better life, I found the tools to find harmony and well-being again. Psychokinesiology was one of them, as you can see in the list of my trainings. Because initially I took these courses for myself. Because first you have to work on yourself and take care of yourself, because only then can you be there for others.

Having encountered many on my path has helped me understand life and man so well. My own path has set me on a spiritual quest for the essence, purpose and meaning of life. I have always been someone who wanted to understand life, as well as all that life encompasses. I truly believe that life happens for us, and that we are life itself. We are here to inspire and remind each other what life is really about, because that is true awakening. It is moving past resistance and daring to face that resistance. Because from the moment you say, it has to be different, I deserve better, it can be better, then miracles happen.

That is the beauty of the form of kinesiology that I practice, it is respecting your abilities and your timing, and it is connecting with your True Essence. Both kinesiology as well as astrology, I find it impossible to think away from my life today. They are tools to get started, to understand and see what is taking place in your life. They give you keys and they assist you. But above all, they help you connect what with what is really living and moving in you.

From my ability to deeply feel and understand, channel and connect... I am happy to assist you to reconnect consciously with that with which you have lost touch.
I assist you in lovingly bringing into the light from unconscious to conscious, from separation to connection, from fear to love, so that you may be released from what no longer serves you, and so you can be back free and at peace in the here and now.
